The video is available on DVD for only $20.00. This includes the mailing of the recording to the address that you provide.

If you order more than one video, you may deduct $5.00 from your total cost. Please fill out the order form below and mail it, along with your payment, to the address given.

There is no deadline for ordering the recordings.
