Kramer is leading our choir robe committee this year. Robes have been fitted , cleaned and some sewing is being
completed. Thanks to all who
helped! It has run very smoothly
so far.
A
big thanks went out to Jerry and Sherry Kelly for overseeing the Air Show fund
raiser. Jerry attended multiple
meetings on our behalf and organized
our workers. We do not have the final check at this
time but think we made between $600 - $800. There were many compliments about the attitude and
willingness to do what was asked – so great job volunteers and students!
The
Virginia Diner Nut Sale has been completed. Great job everyone!
Delivery should be the first or second week of November. Our estimated profit is around
$6000. Those parents who signed up
to help will be called for delivery day.
The
fruit sale will begin October 17th and run through November 7th. Delivery for the fruit is
anticipated on December 5th. Volunteers may continue to sign up to
help on delivery day – many hands are needed. Contact Angie Siers or any of the officiers if you can
help. Amy Sinclair, Juli Cramer
and Angie Siers have agreed to tally our
order forms.

by 4PM and again return midnight or later. For our Sunday performance, students are to meet at
Blennerhasset School. Parents who

for Cash is scheduled for December 19th from 5 – 8 . Drivers will be needed to help that
night, as well as volunteers helping with refreshments.
Plans

will need to pay the same amount and are reminded that with the trip comes
responsibilites.
All
State Choir rehearsals are ongoing.
Auditions will be November 15 at Fairmont State.
A
Cappella rehearsals are now men and women together. The times are posted on the website and in the
